She wasn't much older than my precious HoneyBelle was when I had to put her to sleep. What a beautiful cat she is. I still ache so much for HoneyBelle. When I had her in for her yearly check-up in May 2000, my vet asked me if I'd take home one of her "office cats" because he didn't like all the noise and confusion in her office. So I did. Christopher Robin is the first cat I've ever had -- he's a med.hair tabby/Maine Coon and what a beautiful fellow he is. He & HoneyBelle got along fairly well and he was such a comfort to me when she was no longer here. Now he sleeps where she used to sleep on my bed. He knows he can't take her place and he doesn't try. He's just his own happy, playful self and has his own very special place in my heart. HoneyBelle was my best girl, Christopher Robin is my best li'l man.
